Description
We plan to meet with members and offer information about on (Augsburg's Wellness & Counseling Center) and off campus (Nami MN) resources that provide support/services and credible information about strategies available to support MHM members in promoting positive mental health and to assist them to be successful in managing stress through finals week and throughout the summer. We also hope to discuss members thoughts about goals they would have for the group for the next school year so the officers use these to do some strategic planning for the group over the summer.
